Going experimental with an old thick brush while waiting approval from my editor for my rough pages. Anyways, I got positive response so I'm going back to my pencils
Very impressed! I saw a scene similar to this in an old origins comic of Wolverine. His feral Canadian hunter side is captured very well here, stance ready to strike or block at any time, impervious from experience to the harsh elements, barely acknowledging the wound on his chest to the skyrocketing adrenaline pumped by his instinct. Pure phantasmal, raw Wolverine. Just like he was meant to be. No one can tame that bad boy. And none of us want him to be.
This style has wolverines inner animal shown , unpredictable and animalistic . its probably canada that he is in this one eh ? because he looks like the weapon x era , escaped from the lab looks like possible bullet wedged into his chest so now he's seeing red . you draw a well peeved off wolverine
